I am seriously looking at home producing biodiesel with a Gloucester firm being favourites to supply the equipment - probably their 100 litre capacity machine. Before taking the plunge I just wondered if there are any peeps South Birmingham based (Solihull/Redditch area) who are already producing.
Initially I am probably just going to run an Alfa 1.9JTD MJ engine on the stuff but ideally I would like to run a tankful through the car (obviously will pay) just to make sure I am satisfied with the performance etc. I'm also slightly concerned regarding the continuing supply/availability of the 'raw' material so any help in this direction appreciated.
Thanks

No couldn't make Newark however further research shows bio not really suitable (or so car manufacturer says) for 150bhp Alfa 147JTD Multi-Jet unless 5% or less of tank capacity. That is unless anyone tells me anything different.
