Another Purge ?

Over the past few days have noticed a rash of camera warning signs appearing on the A5 from the junction with the Fosse way through to approx the M69.Think that at this point the A5 is in Leics .So question is -are we about to see the reappearance of the vans , or is this just to cover themselves for the opening of the new island under J1 M69 and the new van bays on the next section after the M69 Junction??
