One of my long suffering Hibs supporting pals would like to watch the game before we head to The Hawthorns to see the mighty S
horpe upset WBA (I can dream!).
Can anyone suggest anywhere that might be showing the game (it's on Setanta, and will be competing against Blades v. Palace on Sky).

You could try the sports bar on Broad St or head down to the digbeth area and you will probably find somewhere around there.
