Can anybody out there weld?

Help!
well, the little Rover 100 failed its MOT. Nothing mechanical, just body rust. The MOT man recons both sills need repairs and something on the floor itself. I cannot weld, is there anybody out there want to earn some money and weld the wee beastie up for me /my 17yo daughter (did you see what I did there? ) The car drives so well it would be a pity to scrap it.
