Ayup Rob,

Usually, the Fabia averages 48mpg, according to the on board computer, and that's with me driving, a good mix of roads, pootling and hooning.

Today, on the way back from Aylesbury, with Liz following on in her new Panda and taking it steady, I averaged 77.7mpg, and that was driving properly up to the speed limit, but not beyond.

How many mpg does the Clio do?

Would that be with pedals engaged or disengaged?

Erm. Around 34 at the minute. You bastard.

I can get 50 MPG on a long run if I drive just slightly below the speed limit.

Hows your hearing? Must be going a bit deaf now with all that clattering to listen to? biglaugh

Whens the showdown going to commence then? I've got the walkie talkies ready.

Yes mate, googled and then shopped around for the best price on a new Panda 1.1 Active, came up with Perrys at Aylesbury. Local dealers, and a PH friend who sells Fiats couldn't match it.

We dealt with Jo Hinds, do you know her?

Havent met Jo but in sure you got good service , they are good people at Griffin Lane.

Top stuff that Perrys were the cheapest and nice to see that all the money we spend on the interweb gets the business in !!!

Hows things with you ? Family all Ok ? Conservatory stuff still going well?

Works all a bit flat out at the moment trying to hit all the various targets for month & quarter end!
