Hi guys, been a lurker for a long time, so hi.

I need some help, at the start of March my car was vandalised. Its a Honda Accord Type-R. Every panel keyed including headlights and roof, bonnet was also jumped on and Type R badges stolen. Also had a tyre slashed too. My insurers have declared it a CAT C write off. Mechanically its sound, but the cost to repair it has written it off. Ive been given a price i can buy it back (when they tight arse insurance company make me an offer i deem acceptable, the 2 pervious offers are a joke ...). Im hoping to buy it back and get her repaired.

I need a new boot, bonnet and 2 doors (key marks were so deep the door skins on 2 doors have dinted). Im in the process of gathering these parts from breakers. Im sure i can polish out the scratches on the headlights with sandpaper and a Rotary buffer. However im pretty sure it will need the roofskin replacing too, again the keymarks have pushed down into the metal and theres a slight ripple effect from the dints. So i need some good bodyshop recomendations to fit me a new roofskin and full respray to try and return my car to its former glory. Any recommendations in and around the Mansfield/Notts area?

Thanks
Ste

They have done work on a few of our cars and the work has been fantastic. They do a lot of work for Nick Cartwright Ferraris too. Lee who owns the place is a sound chap.
