After 12 months in the garage (weather and other things distracting us), mrs m & I decided today to "re-commission" our 1965 MGB.
So.
Pushed out of the garage, oil checked, fresh fuel in the tank, WD40 on all parts of the fuel distribution system, choke on full, jump leads attached, and...........20 secs later she burst into life
She's now been washed, polished, waxed, leather fed and cleaned, chrome Peeked and polished, and thorougly vacuumed. Tonneau fitted and back in the garage under her cover.

Bless her.

So what are you going to do with it anyway? is it roadworthy?
Well, that's the thing. She's been garaged since August last year, and passed her MOT with flying colours one month earlier (even with the poor driver's side wing). No more tin worm seems to have manifested itself in the meantime. She'll need 2 new boots as the sidewalls have cracked, but apart from that she seems ok.
We're selling the Rolls though, so we're thinking when we pass that on we'll get some repairs done on the MG, keep the Jag, and sell the 'B'.
Best laid plans and all that........
