Bit of good news and bad news on this one .
First the car -dark silver BMW 3 series -BX06 BHU ( IF MEMORY SERVES )-no markings ,officers wearing uniform and vests -no hi viz.
GOOOD NEWS - possible that it's on traffic duty , but certainly on look out for illegals - in space of about 15-20 mins saw it take a car off the road in an area where locally the Pandas seem to be using sat navs with this area blanked out , or if they do enter miss badly parked/no tax etc .
