hehe I'll be at the Classic meet on the 5th if you are going and all will be explained, the yellow one tuned out to be more trouble than the green one and the man couldn't afford to MOT it!

A lot different it sounds just sublime to the Mazda, you don't have to rag it to have fun, personally I think theirs a lot more feel, it is slower but sounds better, brakes not as good at all, surprised how much torque the engine seems to have!!

As a drivers car I prefer the MG it is more fun IMHO, the only think I HATE are the stupid window wipers (you may as well not bother) hehe

Dont get me wrong I think and old MG is almost the height of "cool" for a girl. I fully approve.

However a search for those tyres only returns results from France.... Now they might be great but I suspect not.wink

Better than the Mazda I had, that had some tyres that were called something well funny, Billy Bob or something rofl

That's not very nice. I know she's not very tall, but I wouldn't have called her a Midget. biglaugh

No worse than the Tivs TBH. Rainex is the way forward IMO as above about 30 you don't need the wipers and helps loads below that too.

yes Welcome to to wonderful world of classic motoring - ineffective wipers are just one of the joys. Rain-ex is excellent stuff though, I've been using it for years - hardly use wipers except when I'm checking them prior to the MoT.

It might look odd and not in keeping with the car, but those flat aero blades you often see on the more "customised" cars do work nicely in older cars with poor wipers. As does Rainex mentioned above, and larger blades
