The Great Midget Sweepstake
Discussion
October 23rd at 3.47pm, it will be paid for in cash and will be taken away by a nice older bloke in his late fifties who will be being driven by a mate of similar age in a burgundy red 1992 BMW 520i automatic. They would have come round in said mates 'B' to collect it, but it wouldn't start due to damp in the distributor, or maybe the coil, or maybe an HT lead had failed, anyway, they came in the Bimmer and took it away.

How did you know I had a mate with a red bimmer?
ROFL I'm telling you all THIS ONE IS A KEEPER!
You'll all just have to wait and see, actually doubt I'll be changing it due to a number of reasons
a. I'm going to uni in September and doubt I'll beable to sell the Midge and get anything better (it ain't fast but has bags of character and 70 feels like 160 in a Porsche
)
b. After all the trouble I've had buying this one I really can't be bothered for a while.
c. The only cars I'm interested in to swap it for (in a sensible budget) are - 944, 944 turbo, BMW M3 either E36 or a really, really tatty E30, a mint E30 325i Sport, a MGB GTV8 or a TVR Wedge and the Midge is really cheap to insure, not really good but not bad either on petrol.
I've had one car that has actually been a honest keeper and that was the only car that didn't go out of choice .........

Isn't Nicola going to uni in September? Gone by the end of October I reckon when all her money's run out.
nah, I reckon it will be gone by end of august, she'll need the money for uni - sorry nic !

I'm no good with finances
have a few jobs (well my own work but hey ho) to keep me through uni(I think lol) and I will be living at home so don't have to think about accomodation etc.
Midgie is a stayer no one will believe it til they see it, can't blame 'em!
