Based in the West Mids but travels all over the country - so Notts is no probs.

Probably the best there is.

Why a Zymol one? Zymol's just a name, isn't any better than any other stuff IMO, you'll get the same job done from a detailer of all fronts for cheaper, you're just paying for the name.

I'm not saying Zymol is ste, it's bloody good stuff, but the same is achieved from less expensive products smile

But that's not strictly true is it?!

You'll get SIMILAR results from other Carnauba based wax's but those products that don't contain Carnauba will be inferior over time.
This is because Carnauba helps to protect paint work and not just make it look 'nice and shiny'. Zymol and similar products also remain on the paint work for a longer period of time.

I guess you need to decide whether you want a shiny car for a short period of time (for not much £'s) or pay more for a result that will also act as a protective barrier over you P&J.

BTW, I'm not in any way associated with Zymol products or the company I linked in my previous post.

The point is you can achieve the same or better results with other products containing Carnabuna wax. For example I get a longer lasting finish using Dodo Juice Lime Prime,Blue Velvet & Purple Haze and Poor boys Ex Sealant than I do using Zymol HD Cleanse and Zymol Concours. The Zymol products add up to about £190, The Dodo Juice products + sealant comes to under £100.

Completely agree - Carnauba products all the way. Zymol is just one of many available.

I guess budget is more a personal thing.
