ked up warped logic.
Marked cameras slow people down, they only nick unobservant muppets, and frankly, if you get nicked by a marked camera, you deserve it!
Un-marked cameras will slow no-one, but nick everyone, after the event. How re-assuring to know that whilst it didn't slow anyone down, at least after running over the childwen and killing themselves into the bargain in a big smash, they will at least be getting a posthumous nip in the post.
