Unknown car spotted, help!!!!

Hi Everyone,

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here it goes...

Tonight around 6:00 at the Telford Forge Retail Park I saw a car which I hadn't never seen before.

Looked kinda like a TVR but wasn't, the body kit rolled under the car and had circular lights, had a two tone paint job green to sky blue. Also looked like it had Porsche alloys. Couldn't get a pic or the number plate as I was driving. Was parked up but then drove off, pretty loud exhaust! It looked th muts nuts. I have tried googling the car but really have no idea what it was, could have been a kit car but just wanted to know because of how nice it was.

Anyone have any ideas?

No , it was a coupe, not a convertible. The back windscreen was very small and didn't appear to have a boot!

If the rear lights were circular, could have been a Ginetta G50 there a a couple of road cars on test at the mo. See the Ginetta pics in the Ginetta Forum

WOW! Yes it was a Ginetta. Have never seen one of these before. Can't believe there is one in Telford. It was the same as this one but with two tone paint.

Thats a G20. Its raced as a junior race car, a rally car and in some other classes using much bigger engines. Engines vary from 1400 Zetec to V6.

Thats a G20. Its raced as a junior race car, a rally car and in some other classes using much bigger engines. Engines vary from 1400 Zetec to V6.

Oh right, never realised they were actually road legal. Would it be normal for one of these to have maybe porsche alloys on them or was I just making up the part when I thought it had those alloys?

I have only seen them with the wheels in the pic, but its possible that people use other styles
