Birmingham restaurant reccomendations

Hi All,
I know its short notice but I have to go to Birmingham today
for a trade show at the NEC and am looking for any recomendations
for restaurants in the city centre (especially one that does a nice
steak) as I have 3 nights to kill.

Italian food, excellent steak

Or go to the Mailbox or Brindly Place, lots for places to eat there - all good

Hi,
By time I got your message the others had decided they wanted an
Indian last night so we ended up in Shimla Pinks and very nice it
was too, but tonight we're off to San Carlo's - big fat juicy steak
here we come
You should come along if you've nothing better to do.

Ah well should save me a few quid!
