Recommend me a VW dealership for service

We've found Becs a lovely (2nd hand) MkV GTi, just need to find somewhere trustworthy now to service it, so any suggestions / experiences (good and bad) are very welcome.

We're based in Coventry (Listers are the local franchise, sadly! ), but happy to travel e.g. 20-25 miles to a good place, more if absolutely necessary - it (should!) only be once a year!
