Coming home tonight I noticed a new SPECS camera on the A611 heading towards Mansfield after the end Annesley Bypass and before the Badger Box turning. I hope to hell they're not sticking those fking things down the bypass - it's one of the few decent roads left around here that hasn't been ruined by this plague.

Anyone know anything about this?

Just the one?

I'm presuming this is the run from Dakota to the 30 limit?

There's often a mobile van further up by Shoulder of Mutton Hill, SPECS as well is just greedy

not surprised ! considering that is where the camera partnership have their offices , plus its athe area is a favorite with the cruisers .
a shame as it is a cracker of a road .

Yup - just been through them - 4 sets spread through the Annesley 30 mph zone.

Just to add. How long has there been cameras on the A453? Are they just there for the roadworks?

It's usually walking pace past the badger box anyway, but if they put them in the bypass I give them a week before there is a tyre/petrol/camera interface. scratchchin

theres 2 at the roadworks by the powerstation , it's a 40limit in the roadworks, just watch your speed.

was in nottingham yesterday and noticed theres loads of new specs everywhere so if you have cruise control set it and 30-32 and just sit there.
i'd hate to have to go through nottingham at night without knowing where they are.
