They've been putting up camera stantions recently and this week the cameras have gone up so guess they be live next Monday.
They are on the M42 northbound between J10 and J11 and I have spotted 7 of them. A few are well hidden (behind a big sign and the last one is literally under the junction at J11). They look like average speed cameras but time will tell.
Will look on the way home to see if they are southbound too.

I'd like to think they are going to be used to launch air to surface missiles at all the cars who sit in L2 for no real reason other than there might be a truck 5 miles ahead they want to overtake

Or they've got a "Right Turn Ahead" warning from their TomTom and actually think they're going to stop and turn right onto the M1 so sit in L2 in anticipation

If they're specs they don't even need to hide the b@stards. Are they yellow?

Thanks for the heads up!

Have not seen any southbound yet its only a matter of time no doubt It seems like there going to be permanent.

should use them to get all them lorries that hold you up for mile after mile.

anybody got a petrol disc cutter that should cure it???

its not like that road is unsafe last bad crashes on there have been all caused by lorries 5 or 6 in the fog. Then transporter hits central reservation and loses its load of cars. Then 1 overturns by 11 and takes out about 60 feet of barriers.

i use it twice aday from solihull to the m1 lets hope the next crash on there wipes out a couple of cameras.
