Space Needed Near Tamworth/Lichfield

Hi, I'm moving back to the Midlands after a break of 3 years. I've been offered a place to live in Shenstone near Lichfield but the thing is, I work from home and there won't be enough space to run my little business at the house.

So, do any of you lovely PHers have a garage, spare room, space in your offices, corner in your workshop, anywhere suitable for me, that I can rent off you for a little money from January - April 2009?

All I need is some space with power & a phone line. About 12ft x 12ft would be perfect so I can fit my stock, me and my PC in!

And I only need it until April 2009 as I'm emigrating to Canada. I'm moving to the Midlands to save a bit of money as I'm planning to rent my house out down here in Cambs. The original plan was to move in with my dad, but I don't reckon I can live with him. Sorry Dad.

My business is very small - www.naughtymagpie.com - I sell masks, very tidy and they don't take up much space at all. It's 100% online so there wouldn't be any callers/customers collecting orders.
I thought I'd ask on Pistonheads first, hoping one or some of you can help?

Hi Hannah, I may be able to offer you some space in my unit, although it does not currently have a phoneline in as we mostly use it for storage. let me know if you're interested. It's just outside Tamworth.
