I'll be happy if Saab survive - the 9000 was built on the same platform as the Fiat Dedra and that was one of the best Saabs! As to my swanning off - you'll be glad to know I just got an invitation to go to Porto in December, but this time someone else's government will pay

The painter is in today and despite spending most of the weekend filling and sanding, I haven't finished the prep work. However... So it should probably read the Saab 9000 was based on the Fiat Tipo chassis
