Can't think of a nicer guy to swan off round the world spending the governments (and my) money. I don't know what's going to come first; my Noble, back from Wrexham or confirmation of Fiat's new subsidiary, Saab!

smile I'll be happy if Saab survive - the 9000 was built on the same platform as the Fiat Dedra and that was one of the best Saabs! As to my swanning off - you'll be glad to know I just got an invitation to go to Porto in December, but this time someone else's government will pay wink

My Noble is not back from Wrexham yet! That is not the reason why I may not make it tonight. The painter is in today and despite spending most of the weekend filling and sanding, I haven't finished the prep work. However... I'm always late getting to the meets, and if I get stuck in, might still see you @ The Navigation. Give my regards to John behind the bar.

Cheers,

Bernie

Hmmmmmmmmmmm, now that's a question! haha. Either way won't matter; looking out my window right now I'm thinking I should have my sunnies with me cool

Cheers and catch everyone later smile

Disclaimer: The little golf has been playing Richie up over the weekend, so if you see a mk1 golf stranded somehwere between Telford and Gnosall be sure to give a wave hehe

.....It's worth noting that the Dedra was actualy based on the Fiat Tipo platform.

So it should probably read the Saab 9000 was based on the Fiat Tipo chassis rotate

Sorry Proff! getmecoat
