I bought a 2003 damaged repaired corsa SXI last year for £3,000 thinking it was cat D (light panel damage) this has turned out to be cat C & is proving difficult to sell, i have had a offer 4rm a car trader but is only 4 £1,200 does any1 know if there is a place that would buy a cat C car? i have found it quite hard to sell it privately.

How lazy!? Sorry, welcome to PH's! Just though't i'd draw frist blood gently though as you won't get far on here with text speak wink

I'm sorry to have to tell you this, but if there isn't a market for it, it won't sell (I.e. there arn't many that go out looking for a crash repaired car). If what you mean is there someone here that will shift it on dishonestly, then jog on; you're asking for legal comeback.

Unfortunatly this goes with the territory of buying write-offs, so I'd cut your losses and learn from a mistake. Sorry to be the bringer of bad news frown
