Erm ... First Tuesday of the month. As you suggested.
Likely to be a bit sparsely attended if the weather is poor. On a good weather evening it can get very busy.
People start to arrive quite early - certainly by about 6pm. drift away from about 8pm depending on the month. Basically from when it starts to get dark. A little before for some of the older cars where headlight are a factor.
