Ford servicing Stoke / Burton on Trent area

Can anyone recommend a good garage for my mother to get her 2003 Ford Focus 1.6 serviced in the Stoke or Burton on Trent area. She's had problems with our local Ford dealer in Burton on Trent in the past and therefore isn't too keen to go back to them.
