On the way to work this morning I saw what looked like a very large box floating in the sky at aroun 0645 anyone else see it and any thoughts on what it may of been. Guessing odd shaped hot air balloon but strange time for a flight.
I thought that balloon flights were often done in the evening because the thermal convection dies away as the sun goes down. Perhaps by the same logic early mornings are a good time too, before things heat up.
