Heads up on A444

Heading toward Nuneaton ,that is. Between the small island (first from M6/J3) and the Griff island ,sitting just inside the 40 signs for the roadworks( under the bridge of Griff lane-see http://www.multimap.com/maps/?qs=nuneaton&coun... Warwickshire, England, CV11 4)
has appeared a Talivan parked of the verge with the rear pointed toward J3.It is notable that recently the limit from the small island (heading north) has been changed to 50 ,so it could be using the roadworks as an excuse to target the 50 portion as it seems unlikely that anyone would want to /or could get up to an expensive speed between the two islands,or further on . Having seen the van parked in that location ,I would not be surprised to see it parked on the Nuneaton side of the Griff island ,checking traffic heading south into the 40 ,being as there is often some cover in the form of a trailer unit parked in the lay bye( outside of UPS ,for those that know the area) a few hundred metres south of the BP petrol station exit .
