Women in gear event

Hi all,
Does anyone know anything about the women in gear event at sturgess leicester tomorrow? I've been sent an invite through work, but seeing as i'm male feel a bit odd going along on my own though i'm quite interested (though i hope i know how to use a jack). Details below....

Invitation to a Women in Gear event – Tuesday 17th November 2009
I would like to invite you and your staff to a Women in Gear event hosted by Volvo and Alfa Romeo car retailer Sturgess of Leicester at its showroom in Almond Road, Leicester, at 6.30pm for a 7pm start on Tuesday 17th November.
The action-packed evening will include a seminar on driving defensively, coping with roadside emergencies and how to deal with ‘road rage’ and aggressive driving behaviour in other drivers. There will be practical workshop sessions that show you how to carry out routine maintenance tasks on your own car, including changing a wheel in safety using the jack and tools found in the boot. Protective gloves will be provided for those wishing to ‘have a go’ themselves.
And finally, there is practical role-play tuition on women’s awareness & self-protection by Internationally famous close protection specialist Jacquieline Davis. The event lasts approximately 2 hours 15 mins and is scheduled to finish at around 9.15pm.
Everyone is welcome (including men) and you don’t have to be a customer to attend. Please feel free to forward this invitation to your friends, colleagues, relatives and anybody else that you feel would like to come. I enclose a poster which I would be most grateful if you can place on staff notice boards.
The evening is free and refreshments are provided. If you can come please telephone me ASAP on 01992 503129 so we will know the numbers of people who are coming.
