Leamington Spa

Hi My daughter is at warwick Med school and needs to find a house for rent for the next few years. It needs five beds and they are looking around Leamington. What areas around there are good and does anyone know a good landlord who may have such a place. Thanks in advance

Can't help you with finding a landlord, but can give you some local knowledge, most areas around warwick and L/spa are decent, i would avoid Lillington in Leam, not a good area, apart from that everywhere else is pretty good

It becomes clear when in LSpa what areas to avoid, normally those past the river/railway divide

Depends how far she wants to travel really.

However, IIRC the Medical School is at the Uni? Which is actually in Coventry, Gibbetts Hill/Westwood

LSpa & Warwick are about 30-40 minutes drive, peak hours. Kenilworth 10 minutes away.

If you need any particular advice on roads when she has seen a place, let me know and I can tell you from memory or 'go see'
