wow, i'd like to see that thing! i bet it flies! at my mates mini club someone has shoe-horned a 2 litre vtec into an original mini (yes, in the engine bay) and apparently it goes like the clappers.

Im into my 4x4's in a the mag total off road a couple months ago some nutter stuck a smart roadster shell on a suzuki chassis and painted it with an ameerican flag not my taste but i bet its mint off road

As for the mini thing i chucked a 1.6 vauxhall engine in mine a couple of years ago and it went really well but still kept its charactor. there are lots of these conversions for mini's now. you put can a vauxhall red top any honda v-tec, a suzuki 13b and Z cars will put a bike engine for you.

i have also stuck a 1.6 k series in a midget and a 1.4 k series in a 82 mg metro. with a bit of graft and plenty of hrs in the garage there are a lot of choices for most cars
