Seems our "Safety "pratnership have found another way of taking the PP.They've got a Fiat Panda ,done up in Police livery ,which they park near bus stops ,open the boot and ping away - no real sign of anything bar a hi viz jacket .To be fair -I spotted the front end of the car a good bit away and decided it was a scam -but in my direction the conditions did not warrant any more than 20 MPH - I did detour to spot him on return - again 25 (IMHO) would have been speeding .Stopped about a hundred yards away to get a photo and traffic at 20 was sufficiently dense to make getting out a problem .
