Early morning breakfasts?

I've got an early morning jaunt at about 4.30 and to round off my morning fancy finishing off with a really pukka breakfast somewhere between Long Eaton and Derby. Can anybody recommend somewhere that's decent and open from 6 or 7 am? Thanks.

Bit far off but the truck stop to the Shepshed side of the J23 used to do a proper good breakfast...its been a year or two since i've been up early enough to visit it though.

That might do it, thanks. I'll be on the A50 so j23 M1 isn't far. Any other early morning places?

The truckstop at shepshed is open from 6am keep an eye out for my Black focus if i am there!
