Recommend me a Xmas party Venue

Guys: I need some help to try and come up with some options for a Xmas party for some Petrolheads (and spouses) that will travel from across the Midlands

What I am after is a venue that can provide:

A Xmas Party 3/5 course meal, with after dinner music/dancing
Somewhere around Staffs/North Shrops/Warks. - maybe even Derbyshire
Somewhere nice/different, but smart
Around £50 per person for the meal/dance
Must have a hotel attached or very nearby

I’m thinking a Belfry sort of place, but want some more options

Any ideas?
