Seen any signs recently for 2nd hand tyres? Those sorts of places usually will for a fee per wheel.

The local National in Ilkeston does it for cash in hand (wink, wink). Last time I got it done it cost me £15 for all 4. Alternatively, Inner Ring will do it for a bit more money.
