Chaps!

Up here with colleagues for an exhibtion & although we LOVE the Spice Buffet for the first night were here, we want to find a new place for the other 2 nights were here, we previously came up here last year & had incredible Steak Diane at Sparkhill, but we need something to fill the void that's left as that place is now long gone frown

Any ideas?

Sorry it its a bit late, but La Caverna is a quirky little place on the Coventry Road heading away from the NEC towards Birmingham.

I have had some pretty good Steaks there, and the fresh and large King Prawns cooked in Garlic Butter are to die for.

Hope you manage to get to visit.

You could try Ponte Di Legno in Moseley (unlicensed last time i went so you may need to take any alcohol) which was realy nice.

Or you could try La Nonna which is a stones throw from La Caverna and i believe is ran by the previous owners of La Caverna which someone has already mentioned. I've not been here myself but i know people who have and they say its good.

Another place which is nice is La CC on Stoney Lane in Yardley (by the Yew Tree). Its a Spanish Tapas place though and cant be sure you can get a steak.
