Clio Q-car in mansfield tonight
Discussion
Went to pick my daughter up from her grandparents tonight, Came up to a set of lights which are 2 lanes straight into a 90deg righthander which then becomes one lane. as Im approaching the lights there is a maroon R reg ( I think) Clio which looks like its been lowered a bit not, chavvy however no stupid spoilers or lexus lights and no dustbin exhaust.
So I pull to the right hand lane expecting said Clio to pull off slowly, however what i hadn't noticed was the full rollcage and Sparco seats. and MR Clio pulls off quicker than I expected so we get around the corner and I accelerate a bit more to get passed at which point Mr Clio drops a gear and makes a rather nice noise aswell as keeping pace nicely. nothing silly obv but was rather impressed. then followed him up the DC towards the Fox and Hounds where he also showed a good pace ( up to the NSL only obviously).
Anyway waffling post but just wanted to say If you happen to stumble on here
Very subtly done.

Ah yes, it's a bit quick that car is
Had an encounter with it on the A38 when I was passengering in my mate's turbo'd MX-5, which is putting out well north of 400bhp. It didn't disappear backwards as quickly as most cars do
I've been told it's been seriously uprated and is well known in the area for its scalp-taking abilities.

It did sound rather tasty.
