Well .. today I bid farewell to the Peugeot 308 Proboscis Monkey (mileage limit reached.)

Always a day of mixed feelings .. what will replace it?

With our firm's "Lease Car Lottery", all I ever know is that it will be less than 3 years old, greater that 1.2 litres and could be either Diesel or Petrol.

I have had the Good (E-class merc), the Bad (Samrt Four Two) and the Ugly (anything French)

And this time .... I THINK I AM A WINNER !

60 Plate Mazda3 TS2 .. 1.6 Petrol ... in Graphite Grey

Got to work out all the toys by trial and error as they do not give you the manuals

Only 2k on the clock so should see me through a few months

Ive rented a few mazda 3's, they are very good for what they are. In one of them (a 2009 model) the power steering conked out temporarily, when I advised the bloke at the rental desk on returning the car, he said they all do that!!
