Anybody handy with rust repair - Shropshire ??

Hello, is there anybody on here in or near Shropshire that is handy with bodywork on here? Or can anybody recommend a good place that can do it?

I need some rust on the lip of my rear arch on my E30 sorted out, it's just surface rust by the looks of it but the paint is chipping away.


I will put up a picture tomorrow when it's daylight!
