Wednesday car meet, Griffins head, Papplewick

Afternoon all,

With the weather being how it is recently, i was wondering when / if the car meet was on at the griffins head? i'm guessing after the clocks are changed.... But does anyone have any ideas??

I think last year it didnt start up till around late June, they were a bit late last year getting in on the evening pub meets bandwagon.

We enjoy this show, always a nice mix of cars plus its only 10 minutes drive for us to get there

Yep, that's very true, nice and local and a nice little pub with good beer!

the grub aint bad either, the jacket spuds last year were awesome - plus I could keep mine warm on the engine cover of the DeLorean whilst nattering to people

But last year I think they started on the first Wednesday in May - well that's the first one I went to

First and third Wednesdays 6pm to dusk. Always a nice relaxing evening out if the weather's good.

Well i like the sound of that, thats when i shall be attending, like you say always a nice relaxing evening....

I really enjoy this meeting. Went 3 or 4 times last year and always a very good, mixed turn out with good food.

My car will be MOT'd and taxed ready for next month... fingers crossed on the weather

I shall be coming along to a few of these this year need to get more involved in meets this year.
