Refurbing wheels in Lincoln?

Is there anywhere in or around Lincoln can that people would recommend to refurb my Alloy wheels?

P.S is there anywhere that can remove locking wheel nuts?

C J powder coating in Grimsby have really good reviews, little further away but well worth considering
