Smart repairs in the West Midlands (paintwork)

Because of the arrival of a company car my sister is parting with her 2007 Fiesta Zetec-S. On the rear bumper there is a bit of a graze which she wants repairing prior to sale - it's only on the corner of one side and a smart repair should sort it.
Can anyone recommend somebody in the Birmingham/Leamington Spa area that could do the repair at a resonable cost? Google will be my friend but I also like to go on recommendation aswell.
