Birmingham Wheels Karting

I'm thinking of going Karting for my birthday in june and after looking at their site they look quite reasonable prices for what they are, anyone had any experience of them to say whether they are good or bad?

hi ya i went with my car club and it was a very good place and well organised and reasonable price and we are thinking of going back and if it is raining there is waterproof clothing

Thanks for the reply, all sounds ok then.
Had an email back from them saying own helmets are fine too so no sweaty previously used ones which is a bonus

We go now and then with some of the guys from work and its always a good laugh, one of the better places around i must say!! You will have a great time if you go im sure!

Been a few times with them, and they're certainly one of the better places I've been to.

The guys there are a little less anal than some places can be and let you get on with having some fun.

You wont go wrong with using them!

Been there quite a few times. Nice circuit and a good bunch there.

Ok bit of a shameless bump, All of my friends seem to be being a little bit st so I don't have the required number of people to go, I need a minimum of 8 so if anyone fancies coming along let me know! Currently including myself I have 4 people willing to go.

Thinking of going the 11th of june but could be flexible depending on how booked they are etc, it's £50 per head and you can use your own helmets if you have them. For your money you get half an hour race with practice and qually beforehand.

First come, first served and all that.

It does say the wheels 30 indivdual indurance so in answer to your question basically yes, just based on individual finishing not teams or anything

Ive never been there myself but if ever you want an alternative id definatley recommend cannon raceway in wolverhampton as i go there atleast once a month and its always a laugh especially now they've got race tuned 270cc engined karts and im a big bloke and even they get me going quick and the track is one of the highest rated in the uk.

It is yes, and I was thinking midday or shortly after, although at present it doesn't seem like i'm going to have anywhere near enough drivers!
