Decent bodyshops in Brum area

I need to get some rust cut out of one of my rear arches on my Integra and have the front bumper resprayed due to stone chips.
Does anyone know of any decent bodyshops that could do the work? Any Ive been to so far are only interested in insurance work and say the job is too big and would take too long for them the useless ****s!
