Offices in Bath and surrounding areas

Would anyone know of any offices (or a shop for A2 usage) in and around Bath that are suitable for 3-4 people? I need it to be cheap ie under 7k pa.
There are stacks or larger offices around but not many smaller ones or shops that are reasonable rents. At the moment i've looked on estate gazette, right move and a few office agents websites so if there are any sites that i'm missing please let me know.

If you use Twitter, send a tweet to @WeLoveBath and @NOWBath asking if anyone knows of any places - they are generally well followed Bath News feeds and I've had surprisingly useful responses to any queries I've sent that way.
