Charlotte Street closed. How can closing such a busy road for so long be justified? Baffles me.

Crazy to close a really busy road. They should take a few pics and reverse it off the Merc, ask questions later when the road is usable for everyone else.

Saw that earlier, and wondered how the dickens it got there.

I'm supposing the black car was passing a 'stationary' car, and the Merc pulled-away from the curb without looking and collected it.
