Scameras on M5 in Gloucs?

Passed what looked like a scamera van parked in one of the police bays by the northbound carriageway of the M5 this morning, between J14 and 13, just before Michaelwood services.

Not marked at all - plain white van of the scamera type, with back windows shut but facing the oncoming traffic. No camera warning signs around either.

What's going on 'ere then?

They were still there at 14:20!
glad i wasnt in the tvr, or that would be another 3 points!!
