Graffiti artist wanted

I'd like to do something along these lines with my smart car - does anyone here know how to find a graffiti artist? Yell.com wasnt helpful....

Just spray a contact number on the front of a motorway bridge and someone will get in touch

Cant help in finding an artist but I went out with a mate whos a photographer to take some shots, he knew of this wall in bedminster, this was taken with my camera phone but his will look much better.

well...its to do with graffiti!
