Yes there will be a time when the morgage will allow you to buy a nice car, then you will get married (poss) and then sell nice car, then you will get over the cost of getting married (poss!!) and set about getting that car again, then your wife (poss) will tell you she's pregnant, you will think about selling your car, then you will find yourself in parent-hood!!!!...............sell the car???..not a chance, you will work even harder and grow/loose even more grey hair!!!lol
