Whats the occasion? If you're entertaining a lady, I could think of much better places; if family, it'll work well, but you'd do just as well to try Browns if you need that sense of occasion.

However if you want proper food that tastes good, do The Kensington Arms or take a drive out and do The Pony and Trap out in Chew Magna.

I had a meal there with some guests and it was good quality food but on the pricy side. It is worth going to look at the building as well, the conversion is good so nice ambience.
