Does anyone here work at Airbus, or is going to the families day this weekend at Filton? Come and see the Bristol cars if you are. We're holding the Bristol Owners Club concours on the airfield on Saturday, with, I'm told, over 200 cars expected. If so, it will easily be the most Bristols ever gathered in one place.

Me and the wife had a pretty good view from the Peugeot dealership at Cribbs.

The sight of the A380 just a few hundred feet oabout your head was pretty awesome, huge huge thing!

The Vulcan was the loudest thing I have ever experienced, the floor was shaking where we were!

The 380 was pretty impressive. I've seen them before over London and the like, but it must be so much more fun for the demonstration pilots who get to really show off how manoeuvrable it is at low level. Very elegant for such a behemoth.

This was the firs time I'd seen the Vulcan since its return to flight, and it was just as good as it always was. Here it is with my 410:

I was at a wedding not far from Castle Combe on Saturday and saw the 380 flying about. Wasn't aware it was going to be doing anything then, but there is no mistaking it when you see it - It is HUGE! biggrin
