This one deserves to be named and shamed.

Naming and shaming this stupid cow despite the rules!
Black Merc ML63 AMG (new shape), reg G 6ESS parked on double yellows on Richmond Hill about 15 mins ago. The car is parked up facing up the hill outside NCP car park. The car alarm is howling away yet I can still hear screaming from inside. I look in the window and there is a baby on the passenger seat, unattended and obviously not happy. Its quite sunny and on feeling the car its hot to the touch so I can see why its screaming. No windows are open and nobody is nearby to suggested its attended. Another couple of people join me in looking for an owner and sizing up the rear window. 5 mins pass and still no sign of the driver, the baby is still screaming. There's about a dozen of us there now and we are on the verge of breaking into the car and this stupid WAG appears in her gym stuff, out of nowhere. Was she concerned by our presence? No! She didn't even acknowledge my 'you stupid bh' comment and just drove off.
How long the child had been there I do not know, but I'm sure you'll agree that this is just plain stupid and she deserves the naming on here.

One of the others phoned thev police just as she left so hopefully she'll be stopped somewhere. In hindsight I should have smashed the window, a. to say I'd done it, and b. to give her the hastle and embarrasment of getting it fixed. Can you imagine her explaining that to her husband?

TBH in todays modern world, for you smashing the window it will probably work out as you becoming the villan in the story. There was a woman recently who left her children in the car and got 6 years if I am not mistaken.

According to my reliable BiB mate you can break and enter a vehicle / property if its to prevent the loss of life of either human or animal. She wouldnt have had a leg to balance on.There was a woman recently who left her children in the car and got 6 years if I am not mistaken.
A dog can die in less than 20 minutes in a car... And token efforts of 'cracking open' the windows is just that...
Like a dog, a baby will have a limited ability to regulate body temperature when exposed to heat.
I would suggest there are other issues socially beyond the basics... The average mother would never consider leaving a small child locked in a hot car.
