Anyone know how the M3, M27, A31 are doing? I'm supposed to be driving home tonight, but having seen reports of what it's like in Bournemouth I'm having second thoughts and considering staying here in Wokingham.

Should be fine soon mate. There are afew closures inc Northbound Spur but that'll clear quickly. I'm heading home around 4.30pm so I'll update you later if you want.

Thanks Guys. Ta Eddie, I'd hope to head off about 5pm if I'm going so that should work out right.

What rain? We've been sunbathing in Kinson and I gather Bournemouth has got it's long awaited new swimming pool.

  • parts of this may not be entirely true.

I work in central Bournemouth - it was crazy. It has happened before but there was something quite intense about the rain this morning. Went for a stroll at lunch, and the whole gardens are underwater and it didn't smell too good! Also witnessed a police car conk out attempting to drive through it in Braidley Road.

Bit of a clean up for the air show tomorrow!
