Serious accident on A3??

Does anyone know anything about a serious accident on the Southbound A3, South of the M25? OH is stuck and says there have been a large number of Ambiwlances going through! Just wondering how long she'll be?

ETA Seems to be between Burpham and Guidford, not moving so can't get to an exit!
